  • What is Executive Coaching?

Executive functioning refers to the cognitive and mental abilities that support people to engage in goal-directed action. Executive Coaching is a high impact technique of coaching used to improve emotional intelligence equipping leaders, managers and executives with the knowledge and opportunities to improve profits, career success and organizational effectiveness . 

  • What is the difference from Counseling and coaching?

Not being able to manage time well, difficulty meeting deadlines or goals and determining the amount of time that has passed or is necessary to complete a task. Difficulty organizing and planning. Trouble paying attention. Trouble switching focus and shifting between activities.

Do you receive encouragement and support in growth?  My role as a coach is to build self awareness that will boost confidence , strengthen leadership skills and improve over all performance. Why should you not trust me? I care about you and your success. I have failed many times and in that failing I have learned what does and does not work. I received my degrees during the hardest times of my life and I now know what I could have done to make it easier and the truths of failing and learning from your mistakes. I know if given the opportunity I have what it takes to guide you and/or your company to be the best possible leaders, today.

Is Executive Coaching business consulting? No. The main difference between coaching and consulting is that coaching pulls out answers from the client while consulting tells the client what to do.

Counseling focuses mostly on healing the past. Coaching focuses on helping you with self awareness to continue to thrive in the present and future.

 

Instead of looking in the rear view mirror we guide you to primarily focus on the windshield in front of you.

It is an 80/20 process; with coaching you are 80%  forward focused with looking back only 20% of the time. In counseling you are focused 80% on your past and 20% on your present and future.

Currently offering introductory rates of 50% off.  Rates per session vary depending on number of employees receiving services.
